Went here for school shoes for my 2 daughters. We had a lovely women, Robyn, help and fit them. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable and great with the kids. She was so helpful I even asked if she would help me with a pair(which was unplanned)!

Extremely poor customer service, no assistance from sales staff when purchasing Nike. Handed the shoes with no laces! I expected some engagement to ensure shoes fitted properly.

The manager Angela was an amazing help and so attentive. I felt so looked after and not pressured to buy anything yet left with an amazing pair of ASICS runners because they felt perfect

They help with everything and make sure you get proper fitting shoes no matter what kind of size you have. Instead of just handing you shoe sizes they will measure for you and show where pressure is concentrated on your feet as you walk and which shoes are best to support your feet.

Customer service is non existent. 5 staff when we walked in all standing around the counter talking and not one came near us nor said hello!There were only 2 customers in the store!Not sure how they afford wages!
