Bad experience with agent Chiara Mesiti. Current market isn’t easy for young families looking for a new home. Went to an inspection to lease a home. We loved it. Applied to the place. Got a call from the agent telling me we were selected and approved by the owner to move forward. Then, radio silence. Tried to call, sent emails, even called the branch. No response. After dealing with several other real state agencies like Stone and Belle, I can tell there is a HUGE difference. Even knowing you are probably not a priority for them, they make you feel like you are important and communication is straight and clear. With Ray White it just feels they don’t care too much about people’s time & hopes…

The people who work in this real estate are awesome! We have locked ourselves out of our rented appartment on friday night, but Chiara came to our rescue so quickly! She brought us the spare keys in a matter of minutes which is quite amazing considering its 7 pm!! You are awesome! ❤️❤️❤️

The roof came off our rental property in the storm on the Northern Beaches on 19th December and landed in our swimming pool, luckily no one was killed and we found ourselves homeless 5 days before Christmas. Mid January I reached out to Chiara Mesiti, the property manager of ray White freshwater and asked her to help me rent out my fully furnished house. I was a bit worried that it either can’t be rented out in a short time or can only be rented with compromised income as I was told it was hard to rent it out because it’s fully furnished. Chiara organized everything including open home, getting appraisal done with her colleague Zahlia, proactively contacting suitable tenants to make sure the house rented out as quick as possible.
