Great work & communications from the team at Western Caravans. My 175L Thetford caravan fridge was on the blink & they replaced the thermostat under warranty. Recommended.

We had our caravan upgraded with the addition of a 2000w Inverter, club lounge taken out and replaced by recliners chairs and several extra storage compartments added by Henry and the crew at Western Caravans. The greatest thing we found about Henry and Western Caravans is everything they said they would do, they did. Regarding the timeframe they stated, they were perfect, the work quality which was brilliant and the communication, keeping us informed all the way and very easy to deal with... At the time we were getting ready for our big trip and were dealing with a number of different companies for different services and Western Caravans easily stood out as the best by far.. Henry and Western Caravans are now our number 1. go to caravan service company.

Amazing customer service!I damaged the side of our caravan and Fiona and Henry went out of their way to help me through the insurance claim process - even though I was out- of- state. They agreed to book me in 20 December and even though it looked bad in the photos and estimated a return date before 24th - they over-delivered and completed the work in 2 days! WOW!I'm super impressed.Customer Service par excellence!And a great team to deal with!

Warranty and insurance repairs made to our van were completed by Western Caravans. Henry, Deone and the guys were brilliant. In particular , Deone was in constant contact with us during the quote and repair process. She was extremely efficient and made the whole process so much easier for us than it would have otherwise been. Henry kept us informed of the progress of repairs and consulted us in relation to how different jobs on the van were to be carried out. The guys working on our van worked fast, but the work was to a high standard. At a time when we were floundering and really losing hope that we’d be able to get the work completed, the gang at Western Caravans came through for us in a friendly, prompt and professional way. We would highly recommend Western Caravans to anyone needing work done. In fact, it’s highly likely we’d travel from Queensland to Melbourne for any future work required on our van. Thanks guys!
