When HEAL say in and out they really mean it!Even had to have X-ray & I was out within the hour!The best thing is I didn’t feel ignored! All staff were so amazing thorough & attentive!Don’t wait for hours just go to Heal!!!Also, have you been to an urgent care or bay offers sparkling water!?

I can not recommend this place enough. I recently went in on a public holiday with my 4 year old who had just sustained a decent head injury requiring emergency care. I didn't want to face the long ques at the public hospital. She was seen to quickly, and everyones needs were completely taken care of. Worth every penny. She needed 4 stitches that day. They are great with kids. The facility itself is amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

I took my son in to Heal Urgent Care late on a Friday afternoon, with some respiratory issues. The service we received was excellent. Staff were attentive & knowledgeable and we were in and out in under two hours. Dr Tim called us the next day to check in on my son. We were so impressed and well cared for, and would definitely recommend Heal for anyone who needs urgent medical care.

Much needed service with incredible patient care. I booked very easily online overnight after my daughter was unwell. From the minute we arrived everything was easy. It was fantastic to go somewhere that was equipped to deal with children, with plenty to keep my 2 year old entertained during our visit. The nurses were so lovely and really went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. The doctor who saw us had an incredibly personable and friendly bed side manner and was thorough and explained everything well ensuring we were on the same page with the plan. It didn’t feel rushed. After a recent visit to the overpacked ED with another of my children it was so refreshing to be able to go to a service such as this and we will be returning for any other occasions we have that don’t require the ED. It is certainly worth the cost to avoid the negatives of the ED if it isn’t required and will surely take pressure off the ED.Thank you so much to the beautiful staff at Heal for your care of our daughter. We were beyond impressed and so glad to have this service local to us.

Wow what a refreshing change to health care. We went for a head wound for my 4 year old on the Easter public holiday weekend. The reception staff were efficient and kind, and we were straight in without waiting. The nursing staff so age appropriate and made us feel at ease straight away. We were well informed with our options of treatment by the medical staff. The procedures went exactly as planned due to the calm nature of the staff and well planned treatment. The rooms were amazing with beautiful drawings to distract my child. But the biggest win, given an iPad in the first few minutes to distract her. We were in and out with head stitches in less than 1.5hrs. We will never be going back to an emergency department again. Thanks so much HEAL

I am not someone that leaves reviews, but I am so glad I chose to go to Heal urgent care yesterday. Everyone I came in contact with from Elaine at Concierge to the lovely Nurses Katie and Michaela to the beautiful doctor Katie , were welcoming, friendly ,professional and reassuring.My husband on the other hand was enamoured with the waiting room, the sparkling water and the huge TV.I understand not everyone can afford the fee and I am not slamming the hard-working doctors and nurses at our hospitals.It was worth every penny to see someone quickly and to be sent home reassured.The after care is also amazing.THANKS to everyone at Heal.

We visited with what ended up being a fairly minor issue and Dr Tim was so patient and thorough. The concierge and nursing staff, plus the beautiful sparkling clean facilities are second to none. Snacks & an ipad for our sick child and a cuppa for mama were such thoughtful additions. Nearly forgot we were in urgent care! The follow up is amazing and included in the initial cost. Can not believe we have such an incredible medical care option in the Hunter!

Our experience with Heal was exceptional! We arrived very late on a Friday afternoon with our 2yr old son who had a laceration to his forehead. The staff were professional, friendly and continued to stay back after closing in order for him to be treated. We were out all within 1.5 hr, which saved us many hours waiting at hospital. We couldn’t recommend this service more highly!!

I can highly recommend Heal Urgent care. I was in and out within an hour which included an X-ray. The team were extremely amazing and not only looked after me but my husband as well offering him coffee and he was allowed to stay with me the whole time. The staff were very professional and empathetic. I would definitely return if I needed urgent care again. Thankyou.

Despite a very bad earache could not get into my normal surgery.However, HEAL was a saviour for me. My total experience was amazing. From the moment I came through the door, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and caring. I was attended to within 10 minutes of my arrival. My husband was even given coffee and biscuits.Although my problem was not considered a real emergency, it is so reassuring to know that when you are in pain there is an alternative to going to an ED when your GP is unavailable.Thank=you
