So disappointed in the customer service here. I walked in and the lady was on the phone. She glanced up so I know she knew I was there and went straight back to her call. I waited for a solid 10 minutes while the lady made small talk about tablecloths. I'm sure she could tell I was getting impatient but continued to chit chat. I ended up walking out. There's no excuse for that. I like to shop locally but will take my Business to Townsville after that episode.

Lovely ladies but do not get your quilt finished there. I paid a professional price for a terrible job. Ladies offered to fix errors which they did to some degree. The lines are very crooked, and puckered, they even sewed over my apliques, parts looked like a child had scribbled on it with a blue pen, they even trimmed the quilt to the edge which means I will have to invent a way to fill my binding. Very disappointed.
