Once we had paid our deposit, our experience with Leisurescape was terrible & extremely unprofessional. We had scheduled meetings that they never showed up for or call to advise, they showed up when not expected & expected us to come running. Left water hose on & flooded the back yard. Left gates open & dog got out. Installed post for fares in the wrong spot and gad to take them out and start again. Communication was non existent, laying of artificial turf was okay but not great. They kept chasing final payment before they were finished. Then to top it off ended up installing a narrower size pool than what was ordered then tried to tell me it wasn’t the wrong size, then when it was proven it was the wrong size, tried to tell me all the positives of having a smaller pool.If I had my time again I would not go anywhere near Leisurescape Pools.

We recently had our Paris Dual swim spa installed by Leisurescape Pools and Spas. We entrusted Jack and his team to manage the permits and do the whole install inclusive of the pit with concrete pad, retaining walls, decking and glass fences. We couldn't be happier with the work completed by Richie, Nemo and the extended team.

We have recently had our pool completed by Leisurescape Pools and we could not fault them.Jack and his team were able to accommodate our every request and were not only responsive, they followed through with every commitment made to us. Everything was delivered on time and to the agreed quote.The tradesman were extremely hardworking and took pride in the work they did. I have heard that installing a pool can be quite a stressful time, however I did not find this at all. If we were to have our time over again we would not have changed a thing.We now have a beautiful oasis in our backyard and could not be happier with the decision we made to work with Leisurescape Pools.I could not recommend this company any harder if I tried. 10/10 for quality of products, customer service and pricing.

Absolutely amazing service. After being screwed around by another installer for over 12 months, Jack and his team were able to have the pool installed in 2 weeks. Everything was explained, handled incredibly professionally and for a very fair and reasonable price. Communication throughout was excellent and I always knew what was going to happen and when, a rare thing to occur in building I am discovering! Will recommend Leisurescape to absolutely anybody who needs a pool installed.

Leisurescape did our pool and I could not be happier with the result. They are so professional, from the sales and admin team who were constantly in touch with us to the installers, all whom took a lot of pride in their work.I would highly recommend this company, you cannot go wrong and Jack the owner gives his heart and soul to every project he does.We have the best result and could not be happier.

We had Leisurescape transform our backyard into a beautiful oasis late last year. We wanted a company that managed the project with both the pool installation and landscaping which a lot of companies don’t do. We didn’t have the time, vision or experience to carry out what they did. It wasn’t without some setbacks, but what build has none these days?They told us we’d be swimming by Christmas and we were. We absolutely love it! It looks incredible and we’re so happy with flow and the ambience it brings to the back yard.

We bought a spa in the middle of pandemic confusion when everyone was under extreme pressure. It was a time of great upheaval when life no longer had certainty. Generally the company were supportive and helpful. We had a few ongoing issues with the spa but they have now been resolved with a satisfactory outcome that demonstrated decency, compassion and understanding from the owner. Please contact Jack if you have any concerns and he will bend over backwards to resolve them.

Installed a large deck, hot tub/spa and pool fencing in Torquay. Very professional in every way and went over and beyond to get the works completed before Christmas. Couldn't be happier with the choice to go with Leisurescape. They also organized the permits and the quality of the spa and workmanship is excellent. Highly recommend Jack and his team.

Wow! Jack and team produced a fantastic pool and spa environment. This was even more impressive considering four other pool builders claimed the pool could not be installed where we wanted it. Jack’s engineering experience and vision was what got this build over the line.The pool is now the envy of all our friends who visit. We are proud of the end result.
