Shell's Nails

DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!!!Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else!! I asked for a full set acrylic and I have never had such a horrible job done before. The acrylic is all uneven and bumpy. I asked for French tips and it’s doesn’t even look like it. The tips shape on half my nails are so crooked and some aren’t even curved to shape the nail. Not only that the service was incredibly rude and rushed. And they cut my cuticles on both my thumbs that I even made a sound and the lady did not even say sorry!! I have never had a worse service and job done at a nail salon before that I cried when I got home!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Came in to get Eyebrow wax. Really bad job, left my eyebrows with hardly any eyebrows left, and uneven. Now I'm going to have to walk around the next two to three weeks looming funny. Will not be back

Not impressed at all. I‘ve been getting a gel pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails done once a month here for about 7 months - never had an issue apart from my last set which was lifting from my natural nails and the polish itself was chipping and cracking off. I went in to show the ladies and was hoping to have them fixed up yet was told due to 2 weeks passing they cannot fix them (even though it’s very obvious that they’re in this state due to poor application and i haven’t broken them ect), i was told they’re happy to do a new full set for me (at my own expense of course) and sent me away saying after 2 weeks it’s my problem. As a loyal customer who spends $100’s a month in your business i’m not impressed or happy at all. I will not be recommending your store to anyone nor will i ever return. such a shame.

Went there today to get a pedi and mani. It felt too rushed as two technicians swooped in to get the job done asap. Finger nails weren’t filed properly. They give you a disposable manicure pack to fix at home if needed. I think if they did a good job themselves, this wouldn’t be needed.Secondly they advertise a mani-pedi at $65 but asked me to pay $85. Not sure why they can’t correct the display outside the shop. It’s misleading. I usually got to another salon but thought I’d give these a try as they are close and seem to be cheaper but I will go back to my old salon as the cost is the same but much better service.

My nail looks like bumpy and uneven. Chipped on the same day.Staff is not too bad but not friendly. I don't care, won't go anymore.

Had a full set of acrylics done. Sign said $45 but I was asked to pay $55 when she began.She was friendly and did a good job. I am overall pretty happy with the experience. Just a tad pricey.

I have never experienced anything like what I just experienced.I went in needing a new set of nails the lady had to remove some of the old ones as she was doing this she was so rough that she cut underneath my real fingernail to the point it was bleeding underneath the fake nail. SoThen she thought to put my bleeding finger in acetone to remove it. After a while of pain I removed the finger nail myself.After the whitest shaping my new nails she was again to rough and cut my fingers twice.Absolutely worst ! Waste of absolute money.Will not be back.

Honestly worst experience I have had with a nail salon. I went in on a Friday got myself a full set, there was only 2 people in the salon at the time, so one of the ladies turned me & my mother away. The following day 2 of my nails just fell off, I don't do anything hard for my nails to come off like that.But even just stepping into the salon, one of the workers there had looked me up & down, giving me the dirtiest look. I should've walked away after that but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.She told me to book in & come back later so we did. We booked for 4:30pm. We went back at 4:30pm on the dot where I was then ignored up until 4:50pm, they had known I was waiting but chose to ignore me standing at the front. When I did sit down to get my nails done at 5pm the lady was so rude to the fact that they didn't have the colour shade I was after, & kept throwing different colours at me which I wasn't after & had explained multiple times. After awhile I just gave up & chose a different colour but the whole service she was giving off rude vibes & bad energy. WOULD NOT GO HERE AGAIN.
