Novus Auto Glass
3 times in one week we had to take our car to Novus Wodonga. The first time apparently the truck delivering the windscreens didn't arrive. The next time, Novus had ordered the incorrect windscreen, finally on the third visit the windscreen was replaced. Customer service was shocking with the workers laughing about the situation on the second visit. There was no reduced cost due to the inconvenience. I will never use these guys again. Wanted to use a local business as Melrose Windscreens is no longer in operation never again. Just shocking.
