Next time I will sleep in the gutter, it would probably smell nicer, be cleaner and better maintained. Glad I booked online and didn’t pay the extra one hundred dollars they tried to charge me over the phone. Keep driving. You don’t need to sleep that bad.

There are a lot of reasons. Firstly the beds were horrible 2 out of 2 needed replacing. The queen collapsed on the sides when it was sat on and was sagging in the centre the single was so hard if felt like sleeping on concrete. 1 of the pillows was falling apart and a cover put over it . The bathroom had long black hair on the floor and dirt behind the door, cutlery and china had to be washed before I could use it,On top of this the reception was not overly helpful, and we got charged extra dollars for being disabled . Would not recommend this motel. Pricing bad, cleanliness, bad , attude, bad.

Room was clean and above my expectations for a dog friendly hotel at $150 on a Friday night. Bit of road noise but didn't bother me as was tired from travelling. Reception was helpful and friendly considering I checked in just before 9pm and only booked last minute. 4 paws rating from the pooch too.Suprised to find that in the morning I had a lake view distance.

Room was clean. Beds were really clean. Beds were fine.Room 4 ground level, can hear all traffic, and air con goes of n on.Has all facilities like tea coffee n milk. Kettle toaster etcOne plate was dirty! This room was designed a ltiile weird, where the kitchen was. But nothing too bad.Walls are brick but heard my neighbours talk n laugh at 2am until 4am. Can hear movement from upstairs.Not enough parking. No allocated parking space. Had to squeeze car near the pool. You can't get breakfast if the cook is off on certain days. Price was $176 for 2 people for a night.The guy at reception was slow and not welcoming. But for one night was good.

Our second stay here. The rooms need lots of maintenance. Breakfast was excellent but photos tell a different story. Bath towel stained I used my own. I don't know what's on the old curtain but doesn't look good, aircon is full of mould. Bathroom has broken tiles & mould. Carpet is eorn & stained. The lounge is filthy & has springs poking out. It's a shame as a little attention would bring this motel back to how I remember it years ago.

We liked it about 10mins drive only to Nora Head Beach. Clean inside and allowed us to stay with our dog. Food is amazing for room service

VERY CLEAN. NICE AND QUIET.

Room was dirty and smelt as soon as opened door. Both partner and I felt dirtier after the shower than before hand. We never let the dog on the bed anywhere even at home but the sheets were already stained so we let the dog do what he wants due to the conditions of the sheets and the carpet not being vacuumed.We are used to accomodation on the budget side ($90-$120) a night. This wasn’t worth close to $90 and we paid $150 for this room.Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.Lady at front desk was nice and welcoming on arrival. . . That’s about it
