They are really helpful and honest. I have had my phones repaired here before for a reasonable price, and my last phone they told me not to bother as it wasn't worth repairing as it's old and will only break down again. They work hard and fast. Definitely recommend.

An exceptional experience. Went in with an overheating laptop, the staff assessed the issues and gave me the cost, and turn around time on the repair within a couple of minutes. In the end the Tech expert fixed my laptop in 2 hours (not the 1 to 2 Days as estimated as worst case scenario). A perfect seamless experience, with talented tech experts, fully recommend these guys, great value for money.

New years, my phone slipped out my pocket while biking on a gravel road, camera and camera shield all smashed. Photos bad quality ever since. Asked a guy in porirua mall and said it would cost 300-400 to replace. Decided not to. Decided to give Jville mall guys ago, one said it would cost 60-90 dollars just for the shield and would take awhile to ship from overseas. Went into repair plus and the guy was really easy to talk to provided great surface. Great prices- 180 to replace camera and camera shield on Samsung S20 FE. Got the part he needed within a day from Auckland. Highly recommend this place, great price, great service, quick waiting time for the job, and overall nice guy.
