Terrible money hungry management. Make sure before signing up to their agreement that you are under correct expectations that only half of your appointments will occur, others will be cancelled on the same day without any consideration of people's work situations yet if a client who has paid months worth of invoices misses a single session, you will be expected to pay immediately in full and not even apologised to. Also, do not expect to be able to discuss this as no one has the courtesy to answer their phone despite being called multiple times.
