Agree with reviewer of the South Melbourne branch (Tyler- published 2 months ago). Also the North Melbourne Reece Plumbing branch has next to nil customer service. Young snobs running the place, no service manners, asking for help like drawing blood from a stone. First guy no clue (but pretended to have), second guy more of a clue but both made me feel as more of a burden as a customer than someone they were genuinely interested in going out of their way to help.Pathetic and not a positive experience in the least. I left angry.You want happy customers- at least pretend to like them.

Terrible service! Paid for tapware and was told I’d have them within a week. Called back after a week to be told they’re on back order and won’t be in for a month.
