I stumbled across this bakery while exploring Rose Bay. The bakery had a very dark exterior which intrigued me so I decided to go in and check out the food :)Got the croissant with pepesaya cultured butter but couldn't really taste the difference but I'm defs not a croissant connosieur by any means lolWe also checked out the limited autumn menu and got the hashbrowns with pesto sauce and the flavours were immaculate.The chai latte was great too - the taste wasn't too overpowering and had a healthy sprinkle of cinnamon on the top. Would recommend.

Sonoma Bakery Rose Bay
I've been a long time customer of Sonoma and have been really disappointed lately with the quality of their plain croissants. They used to be so fresh, crispy and flaky. They're now so flaccid and stale! It tastes very much like they're a few days old! I've been going at 8am in the morning so they should be super fresh! Have tried going back for a few weeks to see if it was just a one-off, but sadly they've been stale each time. Won't be going back!

The tall blonde guy that works there is an amazing service orientated person and goes above and beyond compare to what is a normal service offer at a cafe. Bravo guys. I will always come back here for coffee

Sonoma Bakery Rose Bay
Great cream-filled lamington and decent coffee. Liked the beef pie. Not so much the pulled pork toastie with chewy, gristly lumps of pork. The sausage roll was okay. They have their own tomato sauce but it wasn't an improvement on Fountain.
