I am about to do a multiple bathroom renovation,Jenell was extremely patient With my indecisiveness in my choice of tiles and fittings, She was very helpful and had lots of helpful suggestions, above and beyond our expectations and even let us take home many tiles home. Excellent customer service and a great selection of tiles. Jenell is very knowledgeable, patient and has a good eye for detail.We have done multiple builds and renovations. We’ve dealt with several tile shops in Sydney and Newcastle. NBT Co has been by the best service and advice by far. We will not be shopping anywhere else in the future.Thanks guys,Wayne & Tori A

Amazing customer service, friendly and helpful staff, and sensational tiles. We cannot speak highly enough of Janelle, Ciara and the team. Nothing was too much trouble. Their interest and insights to our job adverted what might have been problems - we were novices and needed help. We used limestone tiling throughout our renovation and the team at Nelson bay tiles guided us through the stages of selecting, sealing and prepping the tiles, as well as advice on colour coordinating grout, sealant and metal strips. We were totally supported and informed through the entire process. It pays to shop local - it wasn’t just great customer service, the prices were competitive with those advertised in Sydney and Melbourne.
