Friendly team members. Went for passport photo for my Bub. They were very friendly and made us feel comfortable as our experience was horrible at Prospect Post office where they refused to take photo at 4 PM because they are closing in next one hour.People working here are usually friendly and gentle as compared to other 3-4 post offices I visited in Adelaide.

I normally do not have a problem with Australia Post offices, however a particular staff member at this post office was extremely condescending and rude to me. I was expecting a parcel for over 2 weeks, and after having no note placed in my letter box to instruct me to pick it up from their office where it was waiting I visited this office to ask if there might be a package waiting for me.The staff member rudely snapped at me you should have picked this up sooner

Dropped express post and realised it needed some corrections. Requested staff to retrieve it from box asap but she refused. All I needed to do was to correct the mistake. Now I have to wait till it returns to me as not delivered and plus their express gaurentees don't work ATM.

Their opening hours are a joke. How are people that work full-time supposed to get to the Post Office? They should at least be open on Saturdays for a few hours.

Bad hoursIt's a complete failure that Australia Post the company cannot open this store on the weekend. When you work 9-5 weekday and you need to pay a bill or post something. This post does not allow that. North Adelaide as a suburb fails to be a suburb for ordinary people when you have a senile audience and forget about the average joes who have to work. If you want to be like that then I will never give my money to that area or go there. There is a reason why North Adelaide is considered snobby.
