With my wedding coming up in November, I decided at the start of this year to try to get my hair as healthy and long as possible, and Jo was recommended to me. As someone who has previously gone 5+ years without a haircut, I was terrified about going somewhere new. Since then, I have had such an amazing experience - not just Jo, but Leah, Natalie, and Lola have all been amazing along my hair journey! From a welcoming environment, to expert education and solutions for any hair goal I threw at them, I've felt so safe to leave my hair in their hands! And my hair has never felt this good or been this easy to manage. Products seemed like a big investment compared to the supermarket brands I'd been used to, but they're such good quality and last so much longer that I've definitely come out on top. So grateful to have found the team at Myst!

It was my first time at this salon. I had an overall excellent experience, and all staffs were super welcoming. My service, hair toning was done by Natalie and she explained every detail very well so that i could achieve my goal hair colour. Never met a hairdresser that is as honest and explanatory in super friendly ways. Definitely wish i found her earlier! The hair wash sink is also super comfortable with even massage chairs so it feels like a luxurious experience. I would definitely go back regularly.

Natalie did the hair and make up for myself and my bridal party. She is attentive, talented and professional. She excels at making your visions reality and excels at producing a stunning, yet natural look. My hair and make-up was perfect all day. Her beautiful work, ability to come to my location and her attention to detail and competitive pricing made choosing Myst easy. Its an 11/10 from me!! I always look forward to my appointments at Myst Hair and Beauty (but who wouldn't when there are massage chairs at the basin)! I have been a client of Natalie's for around 6 years now. Both her and her staff are extremely friendly and very professional. The salon is beautifully styled and always perfectly clean. Natalie is one of the most thorough and precise hairdressers I have ever had care for my hair. Nat is also a very talented makeup artist. I was lucky enough to book Natalie as my hair stylist and makeup artist for my wedding. I cannot recommend the team and Myst Hair and Beauty enough!
