Terrible and rude staff, especially the guy in charge on the shift of 23.04.2022. wouldn't recommend unless it's the only open place, even then try domino's first.

Very disappointed with this store. Kids only got half of the amount of a standard McFlurry and the staff were rude. They slammed down the spoon on the counter when I asked for one. One of the staff was even making an ice cream for himself first before make for his customers. Unbelievable!

Food was the quality you would expect. Staff where friendly and helpful. Only took a star off as there was an issue with online order that took ages.

Very slow getting food out and printer faulty on self service again alot of staff standing around chatting. Food was as per usual and fine.

Where should I start first? Horrible customer service. Don’t know how to speak politely. Went there to pick up an order and realized pickup is only available through car pick-up. Asked the manager whether it was possible to pick up the order without car (didn’t bring my car, as my hotel was very nearby). The manager was harsh from the very beginning ( I understand it’s their policy and everyone should oblige it). There was no sign of politeness and said: “you can either call a taxi or your friend who has a car to pick up your order”. Is it really easy to judge someone like that??!! (I leave that to Macca’s management). Later on, when I picked up the order with my car, the crew member did not treat me the way a customer should be treated. Lastly, PLEASE SPEED UP!

I have been in this mcdonalds3 times at most Each time getting happy meal for daughter same one each time and all three times I have been charged different prices more expensive each time I went thereNever going back here again

Very disorganised inside they skipped my order. Leaving me waiting for 30 mins I side while my partners food went cold while she waited for me, I went up twice to the desk to polity ask what was happening and they ignored me.

Probably one of the best Maccas experiences I've had. We got a voucher for 20% off so feeding a family of 6 was a fairly easy job this time around. I reckon the staff even threw in some extra nuggets!
