Was quite busy and had no signage and/or floor staff too help find things and waiting for scripts too be process took a long time and had inadequate seating whilst waiting

Very poor service indeed., I was told they would not serve me again and not welcome back as I didn’t have a script for over the counter medication (no script required) for asthma puffer(asmol). The pharmacist was very rude and condescending. I’ve had scripts done here in the past but wasn’t good enough for the old pharmacist because I didn’t have a script at the time. I don’t understand how given a respiratory problem they can refuse service to people when they should be looking after people (supplying medical care) as that’s the purpose of a pharmacist. I would give a negative star rating but only allows a one star rating at minimum. Plenty of other chemists out there willing to look after people. Wouldn’t go back here for anything at this place ever, not even toothpaste. -10/10

Really poor service staff when asking simple question. Had a bad experience a few months ago, thought it may have been a once off however went in again and lack of basic customer service and just being polite was lacking.

Pharmacist Maddy was so much help this afternoon. My dentist didn’t send a script for over an hour and I was nearly late for work. Maddy understood my trouble and pain and was so quick and efficient with getting the help I needed. So much appreciation!!!
