I had a horrible experience with the team at Ocean Grove Real Estate.My partner and I were trying to move from WA to VIC in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. We were accepted for a property and about to sign a lease with the property manager, Melissa.We simply wanted to learn more about what might happen if the lockdown were extended and our financial situation compromised as a result, as my partner was hoping to find work in Melbourne City.Her response was impolite and disrespectful.Via text she replied If the Melbourne lockdown (which affects absolutely nothing in regional Victoria) is such a concern
