Try getting your medicare rebate back not happening since June.also dealing with them on the phone or in person. They make up lies going legal now .had enough

Terrible service,Not customer friendly at allSo many people (staff) walking around with coffee in their hands but have no time to answer questions. Rude person at the counter asking to make an appointment online while there is no one waiting. Really feeling sorry for you

Absolutely abominable Team Leader. Picks on cancer survivors, asthmatics, autistic people, anxious and depressed people. Her verbal abuse left me literally breathless, causing the security guard to offer me a chair and a glass of water! She was berating me over my handing in of a certificate from my psychiatrist stating I have severe anxiety and depression. Her department has consistently lost important documents relating to my disability claim over 2 years, leading me to believe I am being deliberately persecuted. My advice: go to another office. I have found a human being with actual compassion who is helping me. Avoid the Dalek at Windsor.

On the three occasions I have visited Windsor Centrelink I have been treated respectfully and efficiently. The system of appointments works really well and I have always been seen on time.

Took my grandson in to apply for Flood Disaster payment in early April. We had downloaded and completed a multipage document and about 15 or so pages of required Bank statements.. They said they would fax it to Canberra as it had to go there. He lost income due to the floods and is an apprentice he needs the support. STILL WAITING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its absolutely ridiculous how long you have to wait for a simple enquiry. Dont bother going in a 12pm because you will be told you have to wait because all of the staff are going to lunch ...... do they not know the concept of staggered lunch breaks. The service is ridiculous ..... the place is an absolute joke!!! With wait times at 1hr+ to bad you cant give zero stars.

Great service, friendly staff. You just have to be nice with them and they are more than happy to help you. Even the security was been nice and helpful. Thanks guys, keeping the center running safe. Thanks heaps

After losing my husband recently and needing their help I found most of the staff in the Windsor office very helpfull. One in particular ( Kate ) was very kind , understanding and very helpfull. She did everything to reassure me and make me feel comfortable. Please pass on to her that I thank her very much for all that she did for me in my time of sorrow.

From the moment I entered the door I dealt with three different staff. I want to personally thank these people for the support I received today. It was a pleasure being assisted in such a positive time. I guess it all goes back to “treat people the way you expect to be treated”. Thanks team.JP
