I cannot speak highly enough of Vondoussas lawyers - my journey began with Dan Cregan, now in Parliament and my situation was taken over by Charles Gillam, senior partner. I have found Charles to be the epitome of a great lawyer and a great human being. Whilst I have not always been able to get 'exactly what I wanted' because of the legal system, I am convinced that Charles has left no stone unturned to get the best outcome for me possible. To anyone reading this, if you are intent on making a will (and you should!) go to a Lawyer (preferably THIS one!) rather than through any of the myriad of Trustee companies out there. In my experience, they are only working for their commission and themselves and not looking after the beneficiary 's interest - a lawyer will work for YOU. Hopefully I am in the final phase of having my late husband's Estate wound up, and ONLY through Charles' efforts I might add . . . it has taken five years.So the take-home message from this:1. Make a will2. Use a Lawyer to do so3. You cannot go past Vondoussas for any matter that might require legal advice.

I visited Dan Cregan there, at von Doussas lawyers where he has worked for ten years.Dan is the new Liberal candidate for Kavel, and I must say I have met many politicians previously and he came across as the most genuinely concerned for me, my condition, and my current 'fight' with Centrelink.I encourage anyone else with any issues to contact him, and sincerely wish him well at the election in March 2018.
