Hungry Jack's Burgers Beak House
I see a lot of people complaining about bad experiences here, so I think it's important to balance the scale a bit.I have eaten here easily hundreds of times over years, and it has been, on the whole, very good. When everywhere else is closed or busy, or I just need to get food quickly while in a rush, they're an absolute go-to for cheap and easy food. Anyone who expects restaurant quality food or service from a Hungry Jack's is missing the point.

I went in to claim some whopper I won. Asked it to be changed to a vege whopper, as I don't eat meat and have a soy based allergy which prevents me from eating the rebel whopper and the vegan cheese.They proceeded to make a rebel whopper, after explaining this.Give the free burger I got to a homeless person please. I'm sad I wasn't listened to, but someone may as well benefit from it.

Have been going here for quite some time and honestly, gets better with every few month's visit. It now has a lot of automated ordering machines, and even in peak hours, still deliver burger that are hot, taste good and are cheap. The wait times in these peak hours could leave a bit to be desired, but I think they do a really good job. I think the only thing that brings it down (for atmosphere) is the loudness, and more often than not this is due to the customers. They do a great job of keeping it clean and tidy, especially for the amount of people coming and going.Sincerely, good job

Food is almost always hot, I come here when I am in the city and just want something quick. Located in Queen Street there is seating available upstairs but at busy times not the nicest setting so you can take it and eat outside in the street on a nice dayRecommended:Bacon deluxe burgerNuggets with chips

I ordered a burger, and it had lettuce and sauce just for a name sake. The patty was too hot but the bread was straight out of the fridge.

I have always been a fan of HJs but this was a terrible experience. Worst burger I've ever eaten. Bun was dry and crumbly. Burger was cold. One pickle and minimal sauce.

As expected, it's very crowded. But it does lack the space for the amount of people visiting. In particular the line of self service machines obstructing the pathway and people consistently blocking things.As for the food, it's as good as you'll expect from fast food, and the coffee is kept to a high standard, so well done.You will wait for a while for food, busy or quiet from my experience however.Top notch whopper, y'all can actually stack and wrap a burger without it going everywhere.

Tonight I had the grill Master chicago angus and the carolina grilled chicken.They where the worst burgers I have ever had.They where burned and cold at the same time.Really disgusting and I never use this word.When I said it to the staff, they only said, thank you for your review..."never again.Would like to give 0 stars"
