I can't comment on the products yet, they look colourful and gorgeous online.Unfortunately there was no mention on the web page that orders made at beginning of December would likely not be delivered in time for Christmas. This was only notified 2 weeks after original order via email with a note added to the order containing an apology if goods don't arrive in time for Christmas.Perhaps rather than leaving customers without Christmas gifts. State on your web page that orders after a certain date can't be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. This is not any reflection on delivery services because my order still hasn't been processed yet.Update: products finally received late January!

I have purchased the gorgeous coasters (8 in total) and they are the most beautiful coasters we have ever had. Such good quality and the paintings are amazing!! Super gift idea. Thank you so much we love them!!

I have ordered some beautiful prints but cannot log in I have tried contacting . I have requested a new password to my email still have not received a email

I placed a order on December 11th. Still am waiting for my order and it’s January 31st. Have sent many emails trying to find out where my order is but not even a email to address the problem. Lucky mine wasn’t a Christmas present but still two months wait for orders. That’s not on. Especially with no notifications if something is out of stock etc. I have no idea what’s going on as I’ve heard NOTHING. communication would be lovely. I’d gladly wait if I knew what was going on. Quickly take my money but not so quick in goods or communication

Customer Service pretty much non existent. I have been trying to get in contact with someone from Marie Davidson Art since last Wednesday four times now as I was wanting to buy a number of items but still totally nothing. Nice art, terrible customer service.

Worst customer service, don't reply to emails still haven't received my order after a month all I want is a refund now

Follow on from my other review. I placed an order and received no notification or confirmation receipt of order from the company for over 2 weeks. After lots of unanswered calls, emails and messages someone finally contacted me to update and notified of a delay. It would have been nice that I was notified of a supply delay upon ordering as now I was told my order was not going arrive for Christmas. After much back and forth a rush was placed and my order scraped in just before Christmas. As it was presents for out of state family I was relieved especially as I was faced at having to pay unnecessary extra postage. The items arrived safe and sound. I notified the company the delivery company did not follow instructions and had squashed the box, luckily the canvas was safe. Despite the lacking customer service Maree’s items are always perfection. They are brilliant and vibrant.

Such a shame that the customer service is so dismal. Ordered on 20th April for Mother’s Day on 14th May. Arrived today 15th May. Since 20th April I have emailed 3 times, sent a website enquire, text and called 2 different mobile numbers and sent a Facebook message to find out how to track my order. No reply to anything and no gift for my mum on Mother’s Day. Will never purchase from this business again unfortunately
