I recently purchased a bed base, mattress, mattress protector and 2 pillows from Snooze and I was looked after by Colleen with the wonderfull Red head. She helped me so much, making sure I got exactly what I needed and at a great price. Everyone at the Snooze store in the Valley Brisbane has a really friendly attitude and would recommend that store to everyone looking for bedroom furniture. Thanks Colleen.

WOW. These guy rock. A major sponsor of our football club for many years which provides opportunity for many.Just recently i inquired with Danny Craven who owns the business regarding a NEW bed. He put me in touch with Ellen in the store who provided me with not only great service but an unbeatable price. Everything delivered on time and the deal was as clean and professional. Well done.

I hate shopping for house stuffs especially moving into a new home and needing to buy everything all at one go to make it liveable. But the help from Allira in this shop took my shopping anxiety away. Fantastic shopping experience and good quality goods. Allira in the shop is a gem. Taught me a lot about bed stuffs. Give her a raise!

Snooze Fortitude Valley were amazing. Brad went above and beyond to deliver 3 beds (frames and mattresses) in less than a week! Even managing to deliver when I had to make a last minute change. The service was second to none and the products were just what I was looking for!

It's so rare to get genuine service like this these days. The radiant Colleen greeted us, gave us some quick advice after finding out our needs, and was then eminently knowledgeable, friendly, frank and fun when we needed more information. Mattress shopping is a big investment and can be quite overwhelming, but we left assured that we'd ordered something perfect for our needs. It was on great sale, with a delivery date locked in, and removal of our old bed and base for a reasonable price too. We have purchased from this Snooze in the past, and if we had any more bedrooms to furnish, I'm sure we would again!
