We went to get a print out from this particular officeworks today, but was not expecting a long queue. Though they have atleast 6 billing counters, but they were only operating on 3-4 counters. It seems like they have got less staffs working.

Store was bright. Items easily found. Welcome person at entrance friendly on arrival and on leaving. Counter staff efficient and friendly. There was a large supply of goods. Staff person on floor who I had communication with raised voice loudly at me embarrassing me as others watched. I did not raise my voice and I felt intimidated. I do not wish to attend this store again.

Worst customer service and they are so rude instead of helping customers they prefer to arguing with them. 0 star for them if I could do so. I’m also in customer service but I never done this.specially that guy who is wearing a glasses, please learn some manners to talk with people and also learn some customer service skills. You need lot of training mate. Worst service….

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The store is always stocked and clean.I once asked one of the staff members if they could staple my schoolwork using the long stapler and he was able to do it at the back! No need to buy my own for a one time use.

Went for a simple scan, got charged like $25 for it. Didn’t even get the job done. Bit silly as I had to spend about 45 mins there as well, only to walk out with nothing. Staff tried to help but the manager showed no initiative to fix or help with the problem the new girl was having.

Quite a queue on arrival, was approached by Lexi and on inquiry showed me how use self help station (did it all for me actually).Turned what was going to b a long counter wait into a 10 minute round trip, great service!

I went to get few print out today at around 1:10pm, a long queue of customers but only one person was serving customers. She was super slow and doesn’t seem to have any urgency to serve awaiting customers. She walked off at around 1:15 pm probably finished her shift but there was no replacement. Overall officeworks’s service is satisfactory and never had any issues, I think team management should look into effective rostering.

Drop by to pick up the last iMac Pro today for my partner. Staff has been quite patient answering our questions. Cashier is also being nice throughout the whole process.
