My partner and I had an excellent experience at Regal Design today. We had initially popped in just to get his ring size checked, but ended up looking at some watches and purchasing two. Jennifer assisted us and was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and at no time did we feel pressured to purchase anything. She was patient and answered our questions re: different watch capabilities and warranties. She also gave us an excellent price on our respective pieces and was lovely to chat with!This was far better customer service than we received across the way at Michael Hill, and we were very happy to be able to make our purchase from a local business.

Fixed an hour marker that had fallen off in the face of my watch. Fast, low price, and friendly service. He did warn me that the glue used to fix it may be visible around the hour marker due to how small it is but he did such a good job that no glue is visible at all

Shopped here today and had a very helpful and pleasant experience. Much better than Pandora Pacific Fair who were not helpful at all. Regal Design had a great range of Pandora products and their staff were very informative and took their time even though the store was busy. Thanks for the great service.

These guys are excellent, down to earth, creative, and benevolent, I walked in yesterday, they adjusted my watch in an instant, while I was there a lady walked in with her lovely K9 both were welcomed with open arms. There is no greater reflection of persons soul

Was given a watch as a present. Tried to exchange on boxing day and was told no exchange on boxing day. That is utterly ridiculous, refusing to serve me because it was boxing day. Surely that is a breach of the Consumer Law Act 2010? Extremely un-Australian too.

Unfriendly & unhelpful! There was no one in the shop & tried to get some help & not interested. Excessively overpriced anyway so looks like they did me a favour.
