Snooza beds are such great quality - and machine washable and they repair them too! What a great Australian company.

We have a couple of the Snooza futons for our dog, which are great. A coupe a months ago we bought the Snooza Orthopaedic Snuggler. Oh my goodness! What a difference! Our 7 year old BC cross loves it. She sleeps so much better and sounder in this than any other bed we have used. It is soft but supportive. Could not recommend highly enough.

Last year, I requested replacement foam for two of their big dog beds because they had sagged terribly within a few months, this replacement process in itself took 2-3 months. I received those foam inserts a few months ago, and I'm disappointed to say they have sagged again. Our dog will not lay on them due to how uncomfortable they are. Two dog beds lasting less than six months when used by one dog only, i.e., less than 50% of the time, is pathetic. When I bought two beds back in 2015-2016, I had two giant breed dogs they lasted until 2021, a reasonable time frame for the price paid. I can't speak of any of the other beds, but if the product quality is consistent across their range, I would avoid Snooza at all cost.

Tiny tiny coat supposed to be extra large. Dog was measured carefully before purchasing and email sent to company to check size. He's a border collie, not a great dane, but the extra large would only fit a terrier.

Snooza are such great dog beds. They look and feel amazing. My 3 doggos love them to bits. Thanks especially to Minoli who helped with a couple of issues. Thanks guys good to see an aussie company providing an amazing product.

I have bought several different types of pet beds from Snooza. The quality is excellent, as are the customer service personnel and returns / guarantees. It is wonderful to be able to have repairs, replacement parts and recycle all through the same manufacturer. My cats also approve of the beds, allowing my dog to share (sometimes!)

Snooza are by far and away the best beds in the market. When you buy one you'll know that you have gotten real value for your money. We have 2 Snugglers for home and another used as a car seat. As a local company they offer to undertake repairs at cost and without a doubt they stand by their customer service. Our beagle has damaged his beds 3-4 times and each time Snooza has repaired them at a minimal charge and with no fuss at all.From a product point of view, the Snuggler is just so easy to clean and maintain, and in terms of comfort our dog loves them. Despite our experience, they are also a very well made and tough product - anyone with a beagle knows that they can rip an RM Williams boot apart in a matter of minutes if given half a chance !!Great to see an Aussie company producing such quality products. I was an avid fan of Snooza Dog Beds but the last two items have very disappointing. I bought a mat for the floor or topper on dog bed it’s a bit soiled needed a wash there is NO ZIPPER to remove it. It cost $155 that is including delivery they say wash the thin pad also but in winter it will take an age to dry. Please read the small print if you decide to purchase from this company.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for offering the repair service!We recently received the repaired bed back in the post (much faster than what I expected too).We are so grateful for the skillful repair of the bed by the seamstress.We took on another rescue dog last week and it was so good to have the cover back for the bed rather than using old towels as a cover.
