Purchased two lights from them and due to the reno's didnt open the packaging for 6 months, when the time came to install they looked great but there was a small breakage with with one shade. Left a message and Tom got straight back to me. He sourced the replacement and it arrived perfectly packaged, Extremely happy with their service. Will buy again.

Lighting Illusions are superb. Replacing a couple of globes was never an issue and their communication was spot on. The Martec Exhaust Fan and Lighting product we bought is brilliant.
