I would like to thank David from the computer and technology section please.I needed some fast assistance with my 'newish' HP laptop and David was able to answer my question in about 5 minutes flat. I really appreciated his help today to help me smooth out a tiny issue.David is always so helpful, approachable and particularly clever when it comes to devices etc.Thanks again!

Go to one counter to be served and they say go to the other counter. Then you go to another counter. Frustrating!!!

The selection is limited due to the floor space that they have available. I have found that their prices are quite high. I recently had cause to go looking for a memory card. I found them there. I needed 2. But at $50 plus dollars they were quite expensive. Baring having to go out of town to get them between gas and the original cost I guess it balanced out.

I was in there this afternoon buy an air conditioner with a nice staff member and he was really helpful and my mum went to pay for it over the phone and we were almost done we had another staff member came up while serving someone else and was so rude to me and the other staff member and he said your not allowed to do that in the rudest way possible and he was giving myself and the staff member who was helping me the dirtiest look ever and I had my wife and kids there aswell I didn’t not appreciate that one bit he look at me when I first walked in and didn’t even come and help it’s probably the way I was dressed that one staff member should not be allowed to work in customer service

Staff pleasant enough, helpful, purchased the obligatory 'warranty protection' which to me merely feels like the companies tax to not argue with me over warranty protections which are written into law. Good thing it also covers free delivery of new fridges and removal of old fridge if it is not put into use outside.
