They have been nothing short of amazing in my experience. The staff have been super friendly, the vets took amazing care of my cat and had his surgery so quickly and had lots of support post operatively. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Couldn't recommend them more!We recently moved to Canberra, and didn't expect to need a vet so soon... My poor girl has injured herself badly, TWICE in 6 weeks and the team here have been so kind and welcoming. Thanks from Raina and her fam.

The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. My dog is anxious going to the vet but they do everything they can to make him as comfortable as possible. And I rarely have any issues getting an appointment.

I’ve taken my cats to this vet and always had great service, compassion, fair pricing. The last visit my cat was put on antibiotics for what they said was either a bite or a cyst. They had no idea (which is fair to say) the fact was it would heal with antibiotics so I was satisfied. I was asked to come back a week later so they could check on her. When I returned I asked the receptionist if this was included in the original consultation. The receptionist said “most likely there would be no cost.”I went in to see Dr Justin Micheal’s (head vet). The vet looked at the bite on her backside for less than 10 seconds and said to stay on the antibiotics (there was no need and I didn’t do this) The entire visit was about 2 minutes. No other observations were taken. Nothing. As I was about to leave the receptionist was as surprised as me that the fee was $50. As a pet owner I was satisfied with how it had healed. I came back because I was invited. This was purely a greedy money grab. When Justin seen how upset I got for the dishonest lack of work (just to be clear - I completely understand the hard work that goes into vet study) However this was the most basic of service (just to be in the vet’s presence) Justin changed his mind on charging me. I paid half because I like this practice. $25 for 2 minutes of his time.I would recommend this vet but do not see Justin Michaels - the most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered. Lazy and greedy. All other staff and vets here are great. Sadly I will not go back to an inadequate vet.

We've been going to CVH since we got Nova in March and can highly recommend it. We took Nova to their puppy classes, got her vaccines there and now we are adopting a kitten through them. The staff are excellent and their number one priority is always the animals, exactly as it should be. Everyone we have dealt with at CVH have constantly put in the extra bit of effort to make sure Nova is the best she can be. I'd especially like to call out both Alicia and Colleen for their outstanding service so far, thank you both for everything you do!

Love the way they treat the animals. They treat them like they're children of the clients that cone in. Dr Robert Sampson saw my cat Chester for his annual vaccinations and check up. He was thorough but gentle. He will now be my permanent Veterinarian. Thank you, Dr Robert Sampson. I've been looking for a great vet and you're perfect!!
