What a wonderful experience!! I had some issues with some newly purchased shoes. I was listened to, heard and my thoughts were acknowledged. I can honestly say thatI have never had such amazing service when it came to reporting a fault and never have I had such an easy experience with regards to a gaining a replacement product! Thank you especially to Olivia!! In actual fact, all of the staff are so very obliging. My rating?? 11/10 :)

I went to this pharmacy today for my covid second dose. I was advised earlier they were taking walk ins. I took lunch break from work to visit and to my surprise i was required to make an appointment. First of all i had to wait there when no one was in the queue. Pharmacist was having a chit chat with the nurse without even bothering to acknowledge customer is waiting. This middle aged pharmacist was laughing, having a good time as if she had come for picnic. The other sales woman was having a chat with customer knowing that another customer is waiting in queue. She was discussing weather, her personal life etc. I dont understand why these ppl cant have a chit chat in their own time. When finally her chat was over she told me i needed an appointment where i was told earlier i can do walk in. Such a waste of time. Employees of this pharmacy are lazy especially this pharmacist. My friends and family are never going there again

It’s really hard to find half decent service these days. I stopped at this chemist to get something and was served by a young man there. He was extremely helpful, very polite and provided the best customer service I’ve had in years. Highly recommend

I came home, opened the box, and found the 50ml in the box. I was charged for the 100ml. I called and spoke to the salesperson, Flyn M, stating what was in the box. Absolutely disgusted by the rude and abrasive female staff member, service from her especially is minimal and she is very aggressive. Should not be in any customer service or healthcare field. Just terrible.
