Horrible food. Spent $4 extra on my meal for mushrooms and my meal came out with the tiniest amount of mushrooms on it that were barely warm and still hard. Took my meal back and they returned my meal with more uncooked mushrooms. No seasoning at all and a small meal. My partners side salad was literally some lettuce with a slice of tomato.Very disappointing. Would 100% NOT recommend.

Nice place, employees are friendly, the menu is interesting BUT I was really disappointed with the quantities. I paid over 20 AUD for my plate and I usually get much more for that price... there was very few of every single ingredient, salmon and egg were in extra (over 7 AUD) : without them, it would have been a poor piece of fatty bread with little avo and feta, not really fulfilling. I could come back for a coffee, but definitely not to eat !

Five stars for the gorgeous staff. I just got a coffee and the young man who took my order was so polite, the woman who made the coffee was lovely but young Jurell (I hope I have that right) was just a highlight. So good to see a young person working on a Sunday morning with such focus and a gorgeous smile. Made me happy to be there ❣️Eileen

The manager was very approachable and accommodating, 10/10 customer service and the young fella there knows how to make a good coffee. Unfortunately I was just passing through otherwise this would be my new go to place for coffee. Highly recommend

Cappuccino was flat and poor quality. Waited 25mins for toasted sandwhich, when we checked how the order was going they told us they had run out of salmon so would we like something else, so another 15 minutes minutes. Food was nice, nothing amazing. Overall disappointing.

After 45 minutes they came and said they had given it to someone else who ate it, even though it wasn't a standard order big breakfast. I asked 3 times how far away it was because my blood sugar was dropping fast. Hopeless organisation Even after the 7 people who came in at least 10-15 minutes after me had been served got theirs.True that they offered me a second iced coffee 50 minutes after I had sat down. But takes the shine off one of the few places you can go to in Katherine.

Horrible staff - racist and quite rankly, distasteful. Came with my child and ordered a child set with 2 other breakfast sets. the staff counter (female, over 35+y/o) overcharged wrongly with a mistake of over $8aud change. When I went back to tell her politely, she made a scene and said that i was making a fuss over a $2 aud mistake (which wasn’t the case), and that I did not tell her it was a child’s meal (I was ordering together with my husband and daughter at the counter) and insisted rudely that i did not tell her, again. I also told her the receipt she gave me was wrong and totally not my order either(i paid a $50 and she only key-ed in a $20) . She then told me that i was holding up the line for that mere $2 in a condescending tone.The real kicker is the most racist and horrible service ever: she raised her voice WHILE serving me HALFWAY to her asian colleague “I can’t stand customers like these who want to find a problem over $2 change, while we have a long line here” and got her asian colleague to ATTEND TO ME and refund me the change, which was still incorrect but I reached the point to not bother with such ill mannered service staff again.I’ve written in to Coffee Club with my receipts in the hope that some action would be taken and to review CCTV footage if needed and plan some training for the staff because clearly, she needs some work(and probably a new job elsewhere). I saw they do have CCTVs up at the counter and they can review all the footage of she said this or that. Needless to say, I won’t be back.Also, the kids corner is totally thrash. It looks like the stuff hasn't been cleaned in weeks. There are 3 high chairs which you can help yourself with that are in decent condition.

Regular visitor when in katherine, not any more. Presented and actual, food was quite greasy including bread. The whole plate content was dirty with burned items. It was also on the colder side as if bulk cooked. Overall a poor experience to what was expected. Sandwich ordered by colleague was flaky and average taste. Couldn’t finish the meal.

Currently understaffed however the staff served our breakfast burgers within quick time — I complimented them on their efficiency and friendly customer service.We enjoyed our hot breakfast, hot coffee while doing our socials using the free wifi!Spacious dining areas— covid friendly, with quiet ambiance of other travellers!Highly recommended!!!
