Sadly poor communication and customer service. Asked to order and fit $1800 part. No call backs when promised. Different answer each time we called. Had to chase up ourselves and decided on a refund of our $800 deposit as we lost confidence in the company only to be told we'd loose $650 on return to factory comprised of $250 freight and $400 to return stock to shelf. The end result lead to us buying the product so not loose our money and will have it installed elsewhere. Future car build cost with be spent elsewhere and won't be returning.

The team fitted me in for a 3rd anchor point attachment for my MY19.5 Ford Ranger which was very much appreciated. The works were of high quality and they took me through the installation in detail which was unexpected. Very professional and a great range of equipment in the store as well. Highly recommended!

Great experience for a couple of reasons. Wasn't sure what I was looking for and the guys at Pride were able to suggest something I hadn't considered. Then when it came to fitting they were able to fit around my existing accessories which gives me more options when setting up for different roles - I can chop and change.Great effort!

Some parts for the install didn't fit or were damaged (not fitted) so had to go without.Some bolts on the install were lose when checked and a bolt which held a bracket on the chassis was not replaced. I advised that the sidestep would rub against the car and damage it. The guy that I spoke to shrugged it off and said there was nothing that could be done. 200kms later there is now a gouge in the side of my car. It took me 20 minutes to fix the problem.I wanted a nice neat install on the newest car I have owned. If I had known what I know now I would have done the work myself and saved myself the money and frustration.

Mick and Mark drive an excellent team.Both gentleman have an abountance of knowallge in the automotive and camping industry.If they can workout a way to fit something than mostlikely nobody can.Highly recommend dropping in and talking to the Pride Auto Fyshwick team about your 4x4, roof rack, roof pods and/or camping neededs.Female friendly team and environment

If I could give less than 1 star I would.Ordered canopy and was given a 6 week wait which I was fine with, 8 weeks later still not ready and then had to wait another 2 weeks because they couldn’t/wouldn’t book me in without having it on hand.Had a bull bar fitted and sensors stopped working correctly had to take it back numerous times and still didn’t fix the problem.Waited over a month and many calls to get a refund back.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Highly recommended. Had an Ironman 4x4 fibreglass canopy installed with a couple of mods I needed for the rear tub and they installed it flawlessly.
