To say that MPH has had a big impact on my life would be a gross understatement.I came to MPH with the intention of losing weight to boost my confidence after my multiple sclerosis diagnosis. Not only did I achieve my goal I gained insight about how I can best implement health and fitness in my life from my coach Nathan.I couldn't recommend Nathan highly enough. His decade of experience came across in the level of detail and care he showed towards myself and my journey.I would recommend MPH to anyone serious about taking their health and performance to the next level.

MPH has been phenomenal so far! Special shout-out to my trainer Bailey who has been absolutely awesome. From the weekly accountability and check-ins, to the knowledge and encouragement shared during workouts, Bailey really is great at what he does.It’s no surprise that MPH has nothing but 5 star reviews. From the onboarding session with Mick, it was clear that they do things a little differently and really take the time to tailor their packages to your needs. If you’ve been meaning to start a new fitness journey, you owe it to yourself to give MPH a go!

This is the best place where you find a professional team to achieve you desire transformation of body.I joined MPH in December with a chubby body, zero strength, less confidence but a hero here called Nathan Smith supported me with his extensive knowledge to change my body composition. During my journey of 13 weeks Nathan was my PT he shared all his expert knowledge, easy to follow nutrition plans, his time and efforts and did all accountability of my physical changes.Team MPH is very supportive. Results here are guaranteed if you follow you plan and stay dedicated. I recommend Nathan, He is dedicated,good listener,focused to bring achievements in composition program.he is strict too.. .hahah :)Thank you MPH for the best result in this journey.

Amazing experience and great results so far. I really admire the effort my trainer Nathan put in to help with my goals. This is a true personalized training program unlike others I have tried in past, they look after you from day one and keep checking the progress and tweak the program to attain the desired results.Nathan has been an awesome advisor to me with great understanding of training and fitness, he listens and address to all questions and concerns and helps me keep motivated. I joined MPH looking for genuine personal trainers who were able to help me achieve my goals with one of my main goals being accountability. I signed up for a 13 week program and was not able to continue on due to moving away from the area but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at MPH. I was coached by Josh who set up a program that tailored my goals. My greatest appreciation for Josh was being held accountable, which allowed me to be the most consistent and disciplined I’ve ever been with both nutrition and training. My time with Josh, although I did not see my weight on the scale change too much I did manage to lose 8% of body fat and put on almost 10% fat free mass. I started to feel more comfortable in my clothes again, dropping down from a size 14 dress back to size 10. I felt stronger as weeks went by as Josh progressively overloaded my training each week. I also had the challenge of staying consistent over the Christmas break which I normally struggle with but managed to be the most disciplined I’ve ever been even though it wasn’t perfect. Training with Josh at MPH has helped set me on an exciting fitness journey. I’ve come to know I’m capable of achieving great results if I truly put my mind to it. All the trainers at MPH were so welcoming and encouraging which allowed for great energy and good vibes.
