I bought a mattress at the Essendon store. I found Katherine to be very helpful and her product knowledge was amazing! Very happy with my mattress that I went back and Katherine sold me pillow, mattress & pillow protector that is very high quality and reasonably priced!

After shopping around for a Mattress at all the big brands this was the only business where the team seemed genuinly interested in my needs over their own. They were more than happy to invest the time to educate us on what types of mattresses would be suitable to how we sleep and why, and at no stage was price in their vocabulary. It was all about our comfort and the benefits of each mattress style.The closer was the fact that we were supporting a locally owned family business.Amazing Service, Product and Warranties. After all we learnt, we have never slept better!

We went to buy a couple of pillows and they wanted all our details, name, address, mobile, email etc. Then they wanted me to sign for the items. I just wanted a couple of pillows. Very old fashion processes. And the staff really couldn’t explain why and even suggest we give false info.

Tanya at the Mount Alexander store was very helpful going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything and getting the best possible price as well.The team at DFO were equally as friendly and helpful as we spent a couple of days checking out adjustable beds from different stores.I ended up purchasing a queen smart bed and can honestly say it’s the most amazing bed I’ve ever slept on. Absolutely blown away at the comfort, design, and brilliant features built into this fantastic bed. All I can say is thank you to the team at both Chiropedic Factory Direct stores mentioned.
