Great service, very nice and down to earth guys. We got these guys in for a second opinion on a plumbing issue. They did an investigation of our plumbing and explained and showed me the video of what was happening in a way I could understand. They were very happy and helpful in answering all my questions even when some of them were repeats. Their solution to our plumbing issue made more sense and was significantly cheaper than the other plumber we called in.

The technician was recommended to me by my parents who have used him for their plumbing jobs so I knew he was competent and trustworthy. I had a leak under the toilet, sent him a photo and he came next day. He knew what the problem was, had a new toilet pan connector installed quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Will definitely use James again. He has everything a plumber might need in his truck. Highly recommended.

We had a major issue, the pipe burst all of a sudden. The technician was so quick to come and had a look and fixed it at a very reasonable price. He almost spent the whole day looking for the pipe that goes in our house plumbing system. Such a professional, hardworking and efficient technician. So happy with his work. Highly recommend. The team have been a blessing to deal with. They attended site at no cost to review the prior plumber’s reports. Upon attending site a detailed scope of works was supplied which was in line with my budget having sourced 4 quotes. His communication with myself and my agents (given the place is tenanted) has been first class. Very refreshing to receive an end to end world class service (and very genuine taking time to explain) from a local business. The guys at this company provided all round a fantastic and professional service. I called at 7:30am and I had one of the plumbers at my house by 9:30am to source a blockage. Further work was required which they did a quick turnaround and fixed the blockage. Once the plumbers were done they cleaned up all the areas and replaced everything that was moved. I will highly recommend them and will always call them when required. Also the price for the work carried out was very fair. Thank you and keep up the good work.

They saved me from cold showers, I called them one afternoon after my hot water system cracked and spilled a river across my backyard and by midday the next day I had a new hot water system installed. Even before I gave them the job, someone talked me through what would be required if I was to contact another plumber to save a call out fee. They showed up on time, worked quickly, were very polite, professional and accommodating and then they removed the old heater and all evidence that they had been there. Then they sent me an email with progress photos of the installation. The cost was very reasonable, especially given the fast turnaround. The team are absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend them, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
