I was looking for a block of Land around the Atherton Tablelands, I contacted several Agents who were on the Domain Website with mixed results.I saw a Block that already had a decent Shed on it already as had a great view of the Mountains, but unfortunately I was just a little to late to Purchase this Property as it was Sold only an hour before I was to put down a Deposit. It wasn't meant to be I guess and passed on my congratulations to the new owners on their Purchase.I then contacted Michelle Raso from Elders Real Estate & Insurance from Malanda, told Michelle how I had just missed out on the previous Land, Michelle said she was determined to find me a better Block of Land, I thought this would take a few months, to my surprise within a week I got a after hours email from Michelle, attached with a Property she found, I immediately responded to Michelles email letting her know my interest. we arranged thing the next day, Michelle did a FaceTime call to show me the layout, it was perfect, better location to Lake Tinaroo, enough room to build and also have chooks and a large vege and fruit orchard. Not only Michelle found my dream block, Michelle also referred myself to a Solicitor and made the Purchase as stress free, fast and with her Professional approach is second to none.Michelle Raso as an exceptional person and undoubtedly would recommend Michelle if you are looking for or Selling a Property.That said, my experience with not only Michelle, but the people who took my calls at Elders Real Estate Malanda, were as equally as delightful and professional as Michelle. 5/5 Stars
