They have some real big battery with 3.2*10^11J in it. Now, what was the answer again?

Recently fines nearly a million dollars for not having contingency, only a 15 year life span .. white elephant ?

The wind towers are impressive, but don't get your hopes up for seeing much of the Tesla battery bank close-up. It is visible from the roads, but the wind generator workers told us that even they couldn't get onto the site due to special safety equipment requirements. Still, it was fascinating to see this breakthrough project in its context of the surrounding massive wind generators.

Can't get too close unfortunately, but it's great to see South Australia's investment in renewable energy

I enjoyed it. It’s seeing the future of the Worlds energy supply. Stop and think about how it all works and you’ll see how renewables are the key.

You can get pretty close views of the Wind Farm but not the Tesla Big Batteries.

I thought there might be a tour of the facility, but sadly no. It was a nice adventure anyway. It’s turning wheat and sheep country into wind and sheep:)

This is a smarter way of providing the grid with cheap and stable renewable energy. More of this!
