10 months of Atlas Headrest use and I'm liking it more and more, a bit of background, I do IT and I use this 8 hours daily! The Atlas Headrest is the best for your Aeron and The Chair King is its best supplier in Australia, hands down. Atlas stays in place when you need it to but also hand adjustable while sitting on your Aeron, an apparent issue with its competitors. The two tightening knobs does a great job to help you set the right tension in such a way that it stays in place yet still adjustable by hand! I’ve used this for over 10 months now and the more I use it, the happier I am with my Aeron. I also heard about hair getting stuck with the other headrest brands but not with Atlas, I never had a single hair pulled by the mesh on this Atlas! It’s just so good, I can now finally take a quick power nap on my Aeron without using my arms to support my head while reclined! I’m really glad that I did a thorough online research on what’s the best headrest for my Aeron and my research efforts surely paid off. If you’re in Australia, I purchased this from The Chair King. Three things I like about them, fast local delivery, after sales support and better pricing compared to getting it overseas!

I've got a Herman Miller chair that I love and after years of supporting by bulk it needed regassing. Jenni answered my inquiry within an hour, had ordered the part as soon as I paid the deposit, and it was fitted a day after it arrived. Cannot recommend too highly whether it's one chair or a hundred.Thanks guys!

Sent an email via their online contact form making an enquiry, no response. Sent a follow up, still no response, followed up again, nothing. Pretty useless bought direct from the manufacturer. Seems they're happy to lose a $700 sale.

Boss bought a new office chair online with all the bells and whistles, massage, heat, etc. He isn't good at anything mechanical and I was stuck at step 8 of putting the thing together. The Chair King really helped out. Jenni from the office was extremely pleasant and helpful and arranged for the Tech Guy, Scott, to call in. It took Scott minutes to not only fix the hydraulic step I was stuck at (didn't have the physical strength), but put the rest together. Thanks heavens Scott did have the strength. Great job!

I made a pre-order on 16th of Jan and called them every two weeks to track the status. After waiting for 50 days, the status of my order was changed to shipped on 6th of March. However, I have not got the item so far.They don't provide any tracking information so there is no way for me to know what's happening to the shipping. I tried to call/sms/email them in the past few days but nobody replies in any channel. That's a very bad experience. I've logged a dispute through Afterpay but am not sure if I can get refund.Update: The merchant replied to me eventually and explained the delay (staff shortage atm). I accepted their apology but hope they can improve their service in the future.
