The management are useless. They show no leadership, no concern for employee development, no communication, no plans for the future, always reactive, never proactive.They call themselves essential service, but tolerate staff not gettingjab, very high risk!Avoid this place at all cost!

Some of the highlights of the work experience like at fuelco...- Paid a 38 hour week, but end up on site at least 60+ hours per week and expected to always answer calls at home. Accused of not working hard enough or made to feel like your skills are inadequate when fatigue causes errors.- Paid a salary that would have been ok for a graduate 15 years prior. About 25% lower than the graduate industry average for VIC according to Seek data, and somewhere in the bottom 5th percentile for the position according to Linkedin svtats.- Hired as a graduate with 1 year industry experience, but expected to take on tasks requiring extensive project management and design standards experience, while being given zero training, then blamed and reprimanded when there are inevitably issues.- Management is primarily made up of the MD's old mates from previous workplaces. Whenever sales/management mess up and massively underquote a job or promise something not possible to build, it is the projects/engineering team that is thrown under the bus to take the blame, even when you finish projects at higher margins than what they are quoted, or spend countless hours of your own time to creat an innovative solution. The same people will happily take credit for all of your work when it does go well- The business strategy from top management focuses only on cutting costs, never on generating value, or driving growth. Nothing is process-driven. The entire operation relies on organisational knowledge held by its people, with no protection against it's loss. Every action is reactive, and no vision for the future seems to exist at all.
