I bought a security door from LGA Bunbury that cost $888 + GST. The door was keyed alike to my existing 2 security doors at an additional cost of $30.When the installer left he only left me with my original key that I had given LGA to match....no new keys. I called the office and was told I do not get keys with a new door that has been keyed alike to existing door.This is despite the fact that they were going to charge me $60 to match my existing 2 door to the new door. So, $30 for the new door to be keyed alike with the old doors OR $60 for 2 old doors keyed alike to the new door without any new keys. Does that mean I wouldn't have got any keys if I had matched the old doors to the new door???The LGA office said they could cut me some keys at an additional service for $16 per key! Considering you can get keys cut at Bunnings for a few bucks and I spent over a thousand dollars on this security door, I believe this is very cheap and unprofessional of LGA Bunbury!Sell a door to someone......give them a couple of keys for it! Common sense, really!

We have been dealing with Leschenault Glass and Aluminium LGA for a number of years. They are a terrific local company, employing local Tradesmen and women and have a number of apprentices being trained as Glaziers. Not only does LGA work in the Commercial and Industrial industries but also residential. We recently had LGA replace all our old windows with a commercial range of windows, doors and security screens.
