Rude owner. Yes the coffee is good, the best you will get in the Upper Lachlan, but it was an uncomfortable experience and we left as quickly as possible. A real shame, as Taralga is a hidden gem.

So glad we stumbled upon this place on a drive from the Blue Mountains to Canberra. Super good food and nice service. Friendly locals as well...we ended up having a lovely chat.

Ordered a mango smooth that truly had no flavour.Strawberry pancakes which looked delicious but sadly were not cooked through so the centre was raw batter.Nice service and atmosphere ....Presentation was great too.

We enjoyed a lovely, hearty breakfast here. Owners very welcoming even though water pipes had frozen overnight. Eclectic vintage vibe with fire. Highly recommended.

Sweet little café on the main street through Taralga. My wife and I really enjoyed our cakes and the coffee, and talking a bit of German to Steffi (?). Definitely bit the spot for us.

Super cute family run business. We stopped off after travelling through the blue mountains and their chocolate frappe was a delightful refreshment. Not 'five star fancy' but five star family friendly cosy cafe, the staff were lovely :)
