Will never, ever shop here again. I was overcharged for one item, then told it was my responsibility to notice that before I made payment. No refund.Returned another item (the next day) and was again refused a refund. They offered a gift card instead. I would have much preferred to take my money and run.I was also promised a phone call to let me know whether something was in stock. Never heard from them.The store is a disgrace. It's like walking through a hoarder's house, stuff piled up everywhere in no particular order.

Always closing down got stabbed because im called robin so pretty much 5 star place

Great staff, everyone I've been served by in this store is friendly and attentive. I'm always excited to visit this store as the stock is quality, and I feel the staff are welcoming and eager to provide assistance. I've read some customers on Google review ranting over the returns policy - but as consumer legislation states.. for a refund of money the goods must be faulty, (FAULTY) and returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. If a customer has simply changed their mind they can only receive store credit depending on the circumstances as well obviously. Overall I think the store is managed well, kept presentable, and the staff do their best to ensure clientele satisfaction.

BUYER BEWARE - THEY DO NOT REFUND. Choose carefully as this chain of stores do not offer refunds even if you purchased the item the day before, have all the packing in tact and the receipt. They have a small A4 notice inside a perspex holder on the back counter where no-one can see it that tells what their policy is, it is not even on the RECEIPT. This is against common consumer practice and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Won't shop here again. Know that if you do shop here, you'd better REALLY like the product, because you're keeping it.

Purchased 2 flasks, primarily for cold water. Filled half water and put in freezer until solid block of ice. Label said up to 24 hrs cold. After 15 minutes, all ice had melted. False advertising.

Pay attention on the products tag and the price on the shelves. Nice staff. Expensive goods and terrible return policy. If you wanna return, they only will give you gift card.

I know Robins kitchen for 7 years now. Purchased couple of kitchen wares with life time warranty" -what a joke- and they turn out terrible quality. This place is unbelievable: products are extremely low quality

Less than 3 years ago a spent a small fortune purchasing multiple items from this store. One of the frying pans I purchased with a long term guarantee in it (not sure how many years) has started ti warp and I took it back. The staff, especially the store manager was very rude - they refused ti look up my purchase history on their system even though I had been told when I purchased the items that the info would be stored. They said I had to produce my proof of purchase or they could not help me.Luckily for me, I took a digital picture of the receipt and produced it to the manager in 10 seconds to which she seemed quite annoyed about. She told me to write down my name and number and she would be in contact at some stage when she hears back…..and she said to take the damaged frying pan with me. Poor service, take your money elsewhere.
