Needed work done after a minor accident. Had been stuffed around all day by another company. Phoned Jason, and he was at my house first thing the next morning and took care of everything including taking my vehicle to the workshop. Cassandra on reception was extremely helpful, and kept me up to date with the progress. It took longer than expected, but l could not be happier with the result. My car was also cleaned,which was a nice touch l wasn't expecting. They did an outstanding job and customer service was incredible. Would highly recommend!

Our car was severely damaged in the hail storm and was sent to Fix Auto Cardiff to be repaired and after 3 days we picked it up. It looked like a new car and they even painted the tyres. Incredible job. Thank You all and we would recommend Fix Auto to anyone for a car repair. WELL DONE

Jason and the staff were able to last minute fit my car in as i needed a new bumper and need to get the car sold.Despite big jobs needing nearly 3 weeks they were able to knock mine out in a couple of days as relatively simple.Great customer service
