Can’t recommend the team at the Factory PT enough! Anthony & the team helped me to reach my goals for my wedding, helping me to look and feel my best. Now the team has continued to motivate me ahead of my European summer holiday, keeping me accountable, and with reaching new fitness goals. The Factory PT
I ve been trained here since over a year now. I was weak, crooked and sore after suffered a long time from a bad injury and physical work. I now feel much more straightened, stronger and able to do my work(pain free) as horse physio. The « factory PT « trainers were always very motivating and friendly what helps a lot to continue through the sets .Hereby a photo (I am a 49 yo woman)

Factory PT trainers and gym are really great. The gym is clean, has new equipment and has a local feel. The trainers are super fun and passionate about what they do. The PT sessions help set you up with technique and guidance and then being able to train on your own or in the classes is a great way to mix up your training and reach your goals.

What I really love, is you get the full service, from nutritional guidance, personal training and group training sessions in a friendly but competitive spirit.

All the trainers are very approachable and lovely. The classes are fun and interesting. I've been going here for almost 6 months and have made milestones in my fitness and weight loss journey. The trainers are always willing to discuss if you're feeling stuck with some goal. Best gym for those who find typical gyms intimidating.

The PT Factory is a fantastic place to get yourself back into shape. They have great staff who are super friendly and make you feel valued and not just a number. Your training program is catered everyone individual and you get fantastic support. The equipment is great and the classes are fun can’t can’t recommend enough
