For example, I got approval for Solar Victoria rebate on the same day I've lodged application form.100 % satisfied, highly recommended!

My experience was good. From first contact with Sumit, who came to my house and introduced himself personally which I found very humbling as I could put a face to a name and then all of the information and correspondence via email afterwards that made my experience easy as I work full time. The application for the rebate wasn’t hard and didn’t take up too much time and Sumit and his team were able to assist me when needed. The installation process was amazing. The only thing I can provide that is slightly negative but not a big deal is that I would have liked to know the time frame it takes to process the paperwork after installation and how long until my energy provider was able to process the details about my solar system. Overall I have a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Oz Solar to my family and colleagues.

I had an absolutely great experience with Oz Solar. Bit nervous initially as there are so many Solar Installers out there, so filtering the chaff from the grain is no easy task. Well, in fact, it was made easy because I went with them after getting a good recommendation from my next door neighbour, who hasn't had any issues after almost two years of use.From start to finish, from helping to select the suitable system, which also entailed a great inverter recommendation, cannot fault with the communication nor the installation itself. Vicky was always just a phone call away and Sumit helped to finalise the technical side of things of the system. Installation day couldnt have gone more smoothly, with the guys turning up on time and being polite, respectful and friendly. Fours hours and they were done and gone.So remains to be seen how things pan out over the years, but for now, couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

Sumit is an excellent communicator and very prompt with responding to calls and emails.Our quote was a great price and very affordable.Sumit and Rose kept us in the loop from the beginning, until the day of installation, then made contact post installation to check on the work and if we had any questions.Michael and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their installation work is neat and tidy. Placed the panels in an area on the roof to capture maximum sunshine.However since installation. The wifi dongle has never worked. A new one was sent but it was the actual comms port It was quickly repaired and reinstalled. Good customer service and communication.Recommend OZ solar
