Arwen's Chinese Massage

30 minutes deep tissue massage once getting up from the table and opening my eyes i realised my vision is completely blurry and has been for about 30 minutes now (slowly improving, someone else is writing this for me) , have also severe pins and needles in my left arm and hand..wont be back ever.

I wish I could leave better feedback as the staff here were lovely but my massage wasn’t what I was hoping for. My problems areas weren’t worked on and I felt like my bones got more of a massage than my muscles leaving them quite sore the next day. Might be someone else’s cup of tea, but not mine.

Arwens Chinese Massage Ocean Grove-Seriously go there. I had extreme pain in my right arm and could not raise it above my waist. After a short consultation with Arwen today she knew exactly what was causing my inability to use my arm and what was causing the problem. Arwen inquired as to how long I had been carrying this problem - I said yesterday- Arwen suggested that it must have been longer than that. Then I recalled that my neck and shoulders had also been giving me grief for around 2 weeks prior. It was all related and because I had not attended to the problem earlier it traveled through to my arm. Arwen worked on me for 40 minutes and before leaving showed me an exercise as in a spherical motion with my arm. It is now 7 hours later and I have use of my arm. I cannot speak any more highly of Arwen and her clear knowledge of how the human body works & her experience in Chinese Massage. Thank you Arwen you are outstanding and I will return. Michelle Wynd

Strange “massage” l didn’t feel like my muscles were worked on, just my skin rubbed up and down with some heated stones. Very strange. Friendly owners but also carpet and towels were visibly dirty. Won’t go back, wouldn’t recommend. Funny and disappointing
