Wasn't great last time but thought I would give them another go. Fish was so tough and rubbery (not to mention 20% fish & 80% batter), I had to cut with a knife and gave up eating it as it was so tough. It's walking distance but never again.... I'll drive to an alternative

Hey guys.You need to change the oil in the fryer regularly.If the oil is not changed, it leaves the food tasting dirty and burns the outside of the food before it can cook through correctly.

The steak sandwich was cold after sitting in bay marie waiting 12 min for chips and gravy or should say chips and vegemite as gravy was dry and cluggy and uneatable.Wouldn't recommend on that performance.

Dirty filthy place ran by rude people called me a liar as they clearly don’t understand English when someone calls a phone order in - why do these Indians run shops if they can’t speak English or be clean - I never do this but it was filth

Apparanlty the store is now under new management.Our chicken parma packs were so badLet me explain, the cheese was on the chips then the chicken schnitzel was on top of that. The sause was on on top of the schnitzel then bacon.Picture it in your mind, it's ridiculous.Chips under cooked and very little salt if at all.Schnitzels over cooked and borderline burnt.Would also like to point out in store there was no food safety protocols being followed, no gloves or hair nets.The lady making burgers had very long hair and kept flicking her hair off her shoulders while putting the burgers together.The team members working were not ready to service the local customers.Training needed, good luck.
