Had a neck, shoulder, head massage.Was way too firm and I usually request firmer pressure. The massage was not appropriate, no understanding of muscles or joints. They did not ask about injuries or sore areas prior just immediately started. Innapropriate chair so you just kept swinging back and fourth. The lady doing my massage was sick. She kept sniffing and then sneezing. She burped loudly multiple times.Really was not relaxing or therapeutic in any self care way at all.

I've had some amazing massages here and then I've had some awful ones. I often call to book an appointment and I have found that half the time, they have double booked me and asked me to wait/come back. Today I was asked to come back in 40 minutes after I made the trip there just for that massage. Not impressed and had now happen too many times for me to give them anymore chances.

Exceptional massage and staff who listen and address trouble areas.

They gave 35-min massage (at most) while my husband and I originally requested for 45 mins. When we questioned them about it, they were adamant that they delivered the service for 45 mins and still charged us 45 mins. I had a foot massage and checked my phone at the start and end of treatment so I was sure they cheated us with treatment time. This is particularly annoying when the rate they charge is already a lot higher than other massage shops of the same standard. During the massage, there was lots and lots of noise from staff chatting in Chinese to one another (they did not bother to whisper and appeared to give no damn about the customer's comfort) so I could not relax at all. My therapist went back and forth checking some notes at the reception desk in the middle of treatment so the experience was interrupted at times. The pressure was not constant and movement was not smooth. At some areas she was barely touching my legs but it was painful at others. My husband asked for deep tissue massage and ended up with something similar to reflexology instead, which he hated and it hurt his back even more than before he had come in. His masseur had little to no technique, almost burnt my husband's skin with extremely hot stones when she just placed them directly on his back without even bothering to test the temperature first. To sum it up, our experience was mediocre and we feel cheated. Should have listened to some of the honest reviews here, because we also got out of there $125 poorer and 35 mins of our lives we will never get back. Avoid this place!

Lady was terrible. Asked for firm massage she couldn't be botherd was terrible.

Don't bother wasting your time or money.I called to make an appointment (twice) and spoke to a man with such poor spoken English that all he could say was very busy" and when questioned whether an appointment was available later on

Came in for a 30min massage. Only had to wait 5mins, and the massage went for the full 30mins. Could not fault it for the price

I have been having a 1 hour remedial massage every few weeks with Mei. She is very professional and provides alot of relief to my pain as she is able to apply a variety of techniques to target problem areas. She always gives me the full hour and sometimes more and I can claim back from my health insurance. I highly recommend her.

I had a “whole body deep tissue massage” at shore therapy chirnside park, I spent $90 and had my back and legs fiddled with! I asked to not have my legs done as I have injury’s and they still continued to do so, it was the worst massage I’ve had in my life and I get them regularly! I do not recommend this place at all I feel ripped off and cheated! I will not be back and will be taking this further

Had a foot and calf (reflexology) 35 min for $45. It was great. The pressure was perfect, the recliner chair was super comfy and the staff were friendly and i even got a bottle of water after my massage, not just a cup. The only negatives are 1. its a bit on the pricey side and 2. Its a bit noisy due to their location, could ruin the relaxation mood, but i will be back.
