Nick organised my building/pest inspection very promptly and the report was completed within 48 hours. He was also very patient with me over the phone to explain the details of the report and even offered some advice on how to fix certain things to protect the property for future use. It felt that Nick was very accessible, even after-hours, which suited me well given my own circumstances.
